Exterior
Like the back, but not the front
We like this. Simple lines and not too many distracting details.
We really like the inside and outside of this house and the use of wood. the lines. The open floorplan for the public spaces. I also like the staircases.
Similar deck doors made by La Cantina in SoCal. Runs about $750/square foot. Need to figure out if they hold up to Title 23/24 new energy regulations. The mosquitos have been a huge pain this summer, so maybe with screens or does that defeat the purpose of indoor outdoor? :)
We like the fencing. Seems more durable than wood.
There are too many lines with this house, but like the grey material that's different than the more typical wood paneling we see for modern homes
The wood is made from porcelain tiles purchased from Signature Floors in Dallas. It is an Eleganza tile.
Like the combination of gray, cream/eggshell (off white), wood mixture. Window frames: Wood or gray window frames are first choice. If more expensive then plain black/white. Cream/offwhite stucco overall For the areas that you've currently selected with wood, use medium gray.
