Trim
The trim at the top of the cabinets is a large cove fabricated in our mill shop. The vertical coverage is approximately 3 1/2" and ceiling 3 1/4". Moldings add nice finish details and we always find less is more - well, in this case anyhow. While a cove like this is not available at any lumber yard, there are numerous sources on the web where you might find something similar. Good luck and please let me know if you need further help.
This is actually a little cost savings trick. The 'batons' are attached directly to the drywall but we painted it all the same color and finish as the trim paint (semi-gloss) so that it would create the illusion of custom panels. Yes, this was done throughout the Entry.
