GHA example - beautiful soaking tub. MP - We don't use / need tub in master bath, girls love baths and could have cool tubs in their bathrooms.

GHA example - Nice wainscot. MP - too traditional/old school look for me. Also, wainscoting and molding always seems to add an extra layer of details that need to be kept clean
