The fabric is Polypropeylene. I paid 109.57 per square yard (careful, not sq ft), from Carpet One. I have attached my recpt and the back of the carpet sample. This price was about 1200 less than the Stark antelope quote that a designer quoted me. NOW, following what Jan said, the quote from the designer was probably wool...and maybe even had a designer markup. I hope this helps. I'm now going down the rabbit hole with Karastan wool berbers for my basement media room. Never seems to end...
