An area just outside the back door for hanging out, eating meals; Maybe Space for old white enamel kitchen sink to create little cooking/cleaning/potting area.
Fence: 5 - 6' high. Pulled back slightly from alley for parallel parking. Designated easy to access but somewhat hidden area for trash/recycling. Attractive entry gate that is solid with solid latch (e.g. not something a smart dog can knock open!)
The fence needs to accomplish: keeping dog inside. Open visual to next door neighbor. Sturdy gate. Place to hide refuse. Attractive from alley side.*** I'll need a drawing to submit to the HOA.***
