I like the window panes in some of the upper cabinets. Lets in more light, creates feeling of openness and complements the same shapes of the window panes on the patio french doors in the living and bedrooms.

I like the way the refrigerator is flush with the cabinet above and the industrial look of the pendant light fixtures, since I have high ceilings. The crown molding at the top of the cabinets too--this would make a good use over vertical space!

This photo captures the color scheme for cabinets and countertops. The floor should be black and white hex tile with marble to complement the countertops, and add depth to the black to white color pallete.
