Could be similar look and color to the White Torencino I️ saw
Dark perimeter plain looks like maybe honed black absolute or similar and patterned and interesting island granite. White subway tile slightly lighter color than cabinets. Pretty accent backsplash used Calacatta marble chair rails and Calacatta marble herringbone insert.

Via Lactea granite on white cabinets with white subway and wood floors would only work for me with a contrast color wall and/or island.
Steel gray granite? Marble backsplash would need to have warm tones with it.
