I like the layout of this as well, if the tub were a shower. Where the photo is taken from would be the entrance and that back door would be the closet. Maybe expand it a little to put toilet.

This is what we had in mind for toilet location, kind of at the end of the counter for a tiny bit of privacy.

If the lip into the shower wasn't there, I would like it, put up a glass door and then you wouldn't have to worry about the glass getting dirty.

Like the shower, plus I like the built in wash cloth/loufah holder. Would be interested in putting multiple of these in all bathrooms.

Don't like the look but the layour might work, with the separation between the his and her sinks. Lots of storage.
