This is an antique sink from craigs list. They are frequently available, though the condition is usually not that great. New ones are available at strom plumbing aka sign of the crab. Other sizes and manufacturer's sell these type sinks. Check google images for "farm sinks". These sinks perform better than anything available nowdays. they are easy to clean and are super functional. My house I have an undermounted sink and I despise the drain board on the counter. I hate counter mounted faucets that always seem dirty on the edges. I hate typical counters at the backsplash/counter edge as it always gets moldy.
