I like the full size custom mirror rather than the trend of tilting mirrors. It also serves as a functional backsplash. The counter and cabinet materials hold up well on their own as well.

Simply the large window. We're steering away from the open shower idea.
Purely, access to an outside shower.
The layout seems to have flow we want. Bed and bath separated by closet space. The hovering under-lit cabs are a nice touch as well.
A separate toilette room is always desirable.
Not our style, but the white is refreshing and clean. I like the under the sink towel racks open.
