This rod does extend but curtain panels are probably not large enough to cover. Like the bench, but not sure we want to use that space as such.

curtains for show to add luxury but they won't cover light (rod doesn't extend!). Consider this if those walls won't be used for anything else (wall art, pictures or floor furniture like extra chair).
