Future Kitchen - Pantry just off the kitchen, including upright freezer, would have some open counter space and a deep utility sink. Use this area to do clean & prep produce. Have the washer & dryer just off of this area?? Depends if the bedrooms are on the same floor...
Chairs in front of bed, great idea... Can watch tv from either place.
