Notes for contractor: reglaze bathtub; tile in bathtub, centering in evenly all around; remove glass shower doors; build into next room's closet for shower, enter to the west of the tub for walk in shower; glass of shower will separate tub and slower; new sink and cabinet with good amount of storage space; small open towel cupboard/shelf built in to the east of the shower entrance; some lighting may be able to be salvaged; toilet would just need to secured better and and new lid purchased; flooring and tile in neutral only or neutral and a soft natural blue; floors in neutral tile or high gloss spanish paver; rain shower head for shower; replace window completely with new frosted window and framed my crown moulding.
