This is IT, including the style of fixtures however I prefer brushed Nickel to Chrome. I might opt for a lighter color tile floor but this is stunning. I would like the counter tops to be white.with a small pattern. I heard caesar stone is now prefab so the cost is way down.

The color combo of the Island is what I am pursuing in Kitchen counter top and Cabinets. I want Dark Espresso Brown Cabinets either flat panel Euro style or very low level of detail with White counter top. I don't particularly like the hardware.
