I think I prefer the darker counters...
I'm not sure this is 100% right, but it has a lot of elements for discussion. Pushin. Hood. Backsplash, appliances low in island.

This has a lot of the aspects that we want...but it doesn't quite fit. Definitely a near miss for us.
I like wood tops. They are not good values and require care.
similar to where we started....can't help feel like something is missing.
Interesting, more with contrast and texture than with color. I think the floor is darker than we're considering.
The color sort of de-emphasizes the stainless steel (in a good way).
