basement
Basement remodel thoughts:
*· General use would be workout room, playroom/guestroom overflow, and possibly TV room
*· Ideal budget would be under $5000 (I think itsroughly 10x20?)
*· I want tokeep it as light/bright as possible
*· Probably need new windows?
*· Need new stairs?
*· Need insulation?
*· Potentially expand into space to the side of thefurnace?
*· Thinking vinyl fake hardwood flooring that snapstogether
o Not sure if you can do this on the stairs to makethem look nice if they’re structurally sound. I think I’ve seen things that go over the lip of the stairs so you canredo them but not sure.
o Like the idea of grayish wood but want to keepit bright and also not sure about matching it to future furniture
*· Want to do some type of mirrored thing for workout space
o Any ideas?
o I have a couple of hanging mirrors, could do amirrored wardrobe or maybe built in?
