Gym
Notice the rings hanging from the center of the room at the peak of the ceiling. Eric is 6 feet tall and should be able to hang from the rings with arms fully outstretched with his feet clearing the floor easily. Also, after pulling up to the rings with hands just below waist level with arms outstretched, head should easily clear the ceiling (that would at least require 10 1/2 to 11 feet from the floor to ceiling. The sides of the walls would have to be a little above 10 feet to accommodate the round bullseye plate you can see next to the ring on the right. This is for "wall ball shot" (throwing a large ball hitting the plate). This is very basic decor--I don't need much more than that. Floor is rubber matted and should accommodate heave weights being dropped (hundreds of pounds).
Simple is better. I may find some aesthetically pleasing gym that I will like. But I would rather have the space and dimensions to my liking than spending more on fancy design stuff. I love working out intensely. No mirrors, no fluff!
