Husband also thinks a walk in pantry is important for resale. This syle is very nice - perhaps a good use of the old laundry area. I like the pocket doors which are great to keep out of the way of the traffic going to the garage door. Also like the mix of basket drawers, counter space and shelves. The pull out shelves on the right are very nice, and the platter dividers.
This closet would make my husband happy. I like the shelves at the bottom as well as the top. I wish I had a place for my vacuum.
soapstone looks nice with yellow. I wonder if it would make a good backsplash?
Level of distress in the beams. Counter tops look great with the cabinets. Plate rack over stove.
I like how the hood comes down to define cooking area, but does not take up much counter space. I like the shelf on the hood. I like the cabinets.
Sigh. Butler's pantry. I have so much crystal and china: my own and my mom's and grandmother's. I could use a Downton Abby sized butler's pantry! :) I also have lots of table cloths and fabric napkins and placemats.

Love the idea of these big pull out pantry drawers where you can see on both sides. I don't like my walk in - I can't see anything behind the front row.
My kitchen will need some sort of charging station for phones. I also use a little tablet with keyboard for recipe searches.
As rule I do not like grey. However, sometimes I see a shade I like or perhaps I like this because there is lots of white around it.
I like the color and beam on the ceiling, the granite behind the stove. I don't need a big water pot faucet on the stove. I would like an instant hot water by the sink for tea. I drink a lot of tea. If there is granite for backsplash, would that interfere with plugs for appliances?
I have lots of spices. I will try to thin them out but I do like having a collection and it would be nice to find what I need quickly.
Like cabinets, counter tops, light pendants. Don't like floor/ceiling wood color
I do need space for mop, broom, vacuum if possible
for my next kitchen! smart.
