The tile is by Daltile. It is Florentine FL06 Carrara with a glossy finish in the shower and matte finish on the floor. It is a glazed porcelain.

The floors are concrete with a diamond grind on the upper surface to reveal the aggregate below. Rogers calls them “poor man’s terrazzo.” The clerestory windows “are so thematic to midcentury,” she says, “and are a way to celebrate that while framing the mountain views.”
