had one of these ironing boards in university - we used for an eating table! I think these are much more sensible to use than unfolding the typical ironing board then folding back up again and stashing where??? I am lucky enough to have the space in my laundry room to keep my ironing board out ready for use but it sometimes gets in the way - great solution revisited.
