Hmmm. Thought I'd added a comment, but let's try again. Are we looking at the handheld? Would rather have it on a slide rail. Checked out the Delta Tesla line you sent pictures of last night, and they are indeed very nice. When I open up this photo, it shows me to the right a bunch of commentary from Houzz, but am unsure what I'm supposed to be focused on. You highlighted the handheld, and there's price tag icon. but all I can scroll through is random commentary on the right. Here's the brushed nickel finish, which I like better than polished chrome. Price is good if you like this manufacturer.

Even though, as I say later, Jimmy doesn't want marble or marble-look in the bathing area, he likes this as a possibility for the countertops. If we need a warmer pale color, something like Silestone Pulsar, which has creamy elements. I'm also attracted to the Silestone Volcano finish because of the hammered texture - the only possible colors would be stark white or the light gray, however; colors are limited in that finish.
An Asian/graphic alternative. I always get nervous when a knob is $10 - I found those expensive Atlas Buckle pulls in the kitchen on close-out from a lighting store for 70% discount. Unfortunately the expensive ones are usually the one both Jimmy & I go "Ah!" about before we see the price tag. You'll see some other Asian hardware we like on the espresso bath vanities in this ideabook.

One way of going - some reviews say this is a bit spindly in person.
Like the textural effect on the wood, not the color - too midrange and rose beige; would like true grey or deep expresso.
Wide rail cabinets in expresso.
Dark slab door cabinetry (the style, not the off-the-floor), pale countertop (but no flecked quartz in our project). Another possible attractive direction for knobs/pulls.
Use of carved element in monochromatic scheme.
We really like vertical field tile as opposed to horizontal, but would prefer a strong horizontal element at the ceiling border in a windowless room.
3 dimensional tile is one possibility for the accent walls (behind toilet and over sinks). I also like the wavy silver glass sample I have at the house, which comes in both tiles and mosaic. Can do interesting patterns with it.
Small deep soaking tub set into corner. Like the size and shape. Jimmy does not like marble in a bathroom - says it makes him feel like a NYC men's room :o)
The picture that makes us breathe faster. Simple but very dramatic. Organic set against straight clean lines. I know we can't have giant stone features on the second floor and we don't have a glass-walled room adjoining a Zen garden, but this is the photo that makes Jimmy & me go "wow, that's beautiful" in overall Feel.
While we don't care for browns except for espresso cabinetry, again the simplicity with interest provided by varying textures and unity of palette is attractive.
Cabinetry and hardware with pale, but not stark white, top. It's also the exact door/drawer configuration we need under the sinks, especially if it's the new counter-height cabinet.
Variations in pattern, simplicity of line.
Horizontal veining on cabinets appeals. Again would need a warm grey or deep expresso, use hardware to bring out the Asian influence. If the countertop has movement & pattern, would like simpler finish on cabinetry; if we had just a solid color could use movement in the cabinet finish.
Same color scheme, different textures or movement of tile.
