maybe think about picking up the nickelgap theme again partially behind the bath tub... you can still incorporate the mirror idea which would really be elevated by the nickelgap behind it.

I had a great idea when I saw this, imagine an open shelf (shallow) on top of the counter top in the middle space against the wall to fill that space. the nickelgap will be the back of it... so you won't lose that look but it would really create some interest... it could look fabulous...
