I know we don't live anywhere near the Mediterranean but I LOVE the texture and blue green color of these agave plants. Anything close that will survive in MO?

I like the hedge, the vines on the wall, the oddly tall skinny trees and the overall lack of color variety that allows the pink flowers on the one tree to pop.
