This is my favorite kitchen. Make the Island wider, edges can be simpler. I like the corner,before pantry, in order to have a Lazy Susan base, microwave top,for John. This corner will also provide an area for a bar niche with sink. Then a door for the walk in pantry.

LOVE this kitchen! Layout colors storage. Consider Rosemary Beach house pantry cupboards.38" cuboard base 36"wide cupboard,56" High,24"deep,4 shelves ,adjustable 12" deep. . 2 17" doors =34' open with shelves build on the doors that are 4'' deep( could be deeper . From inside the door to back of cupboard it is 25" adjust door shelves and cupboard shelves for maximum use.. Cupboard double is same size but dived in two haves with adjustable shelves to handle large appliances and bowls.
