With the tight spaces, I would maximize counter space by going from left wall to right wall with the countertop.
Cabinet mainly, but made me think the oversized shower niche upper level shelves might work for towel storage.
X cubbies...add one on vanity?
I expect this kind of tight space in the bathroom. The single large wide sink should work IMHO.
I like the vaulted ceiling and the faux wood beams on ceiling might break up a big white ceiling?
