Literally had this idea.. white cabinetry but topped with a similar reclaimed wood like our mantel, all tying in and popping when we white wash
Could pop against the whitewashed fireplace... he could make us shelves for above the couch too
We can narrow the distance of popped out built in by objects placed in new corner I.e fireplace tools and screen
