Added the vent under the the cubbies. Large shoe / boot drawers.
I like the bottom drawer plus shoe area. Hard to do boots though.

Rustic bench is cool. Would probably do a closed top and right to the ceiling though. And more hooks.
Kids side is open, parents is closed.
I like the shoe shelves and the tall one for boots, and that it goes right to the ceiling.
