Measure to see if a 2x4 would allow door to close all the way

bottom shelf wouldn't work with top loading washer, but side shelves and upper ones would be perfect - reverse side for low hanging shelves so that we could open the washer easily. Also saw a version of this where that side shelving is actually a pull out drawer
