Reply to: i adore ours, its a real experience and i love using it weekends at our vacation home. i did use one at a hotel, epic fail as it came from the side, not above. it has to come straight down for 'the effect'. but you should also have a second shower head, like a hand held one on a height adjustable bar, for when you want to shower without washing your hair, and for washing down the walls.
