After moaning for years about the state of the decor in our house, having done nothing for about twenty years, we got to breaking point and decided, enough, redecoration has just got to happen. One of the main reasons for the years rolling by with little being done is that we are utterly useless at interior design, and we realised we needed help. We had three bedrooms, an en suite, lounge, hobby room, landing/stairs/hall to consider. It wasn't just a case of paint/wallpaper colours, it involved, amongst other things, a whole new load of furniture, carpets and tiles too. We are both thrilled with the decor and ambience in the rooms that we asked Teresa to redesign. It feels like a new home ! This was a big refurb project of our kitchen dining area, family room, cloakroom/WC, entrance hall, stairs and landing. As well as some minor building, the project involved significant plumbing and electrical work. We wanted an interior designer to propose completely different colours, with ideas for new furniture and flooring throughout. Teresa took time to really understand what we were looking to achieve and we instantly loved one of the two designs she presented. The use of CGI brought it all to life. We went along with most of her suggestions, which included small touches, such as occasional tables, curtains and blinds. This allowed us to progress really quickly with the work and have everything ready so that the rooms were usable very quickly. It took so many headaches out of choosing! Teresa was thorough and efficient and was quick to reply to queries. We used her recommended decorating and building company, who were excellent, plus a number of her suggested retailers and suppliers. I had never used an interior designer before and feel like I absolutely hit the jackpot finding Teresa. From the very start Teresa took time to explain the process, how she could help and what the stages of the journey would be. She got to know us and our home, accommodating our logistics and working hours and then set to work. The outcomes were everything we needed and more, we were delighted with the designs and the presentation, especially the 3D visualisations which were amazing. But what has really impressed us is the aftercare, Teresa has been so helpful with follow up questions, quotes, ideas, trade discounts and suggestions. I assumed that once the final presentation was provided that would be it, but I was very wrong and I am VERY grateful for that as tying up the loose ends and getting the finishing touches right has taken time but has been what has made our new house a gorgeous stylish home. Wow! From a referral in January 2022 all the way to end of September 2024, TME Interiors was by my side designing my new-build home. From the dirt up to the finished 2200 sq ft home, Teresa took on each room and overall scope to help us realize the amazing finished product we can't wait to finally enjoy. Teresa has some brilliant ideas for just a normal small home. She was able to steer me to colours and items that I wouldn’t of chosen without her help. Teresa has ideas from all price ranges and I would certainly use her services again, it is not just for clients with a large budget, and most certainly saves you money in the long run.

Teresa did an excellent job. She listened really well to our thoughts and ideas, and understood exactly what we want (probably better than we did ourselves!). I contacted TME to help me redesign my living room as I did not know where to begin. Teresa visited and spent an hour getting an idea of what was important to me and what I was thinking about. A few weeks later , Teresa revisited with some great designs for colour schemes and options for furniture and fittings. All the hard work and visualisation is done by TME which is exactly what I needed. I have now had my living room repainted in the new colours and purchased most of the furniture and curtains. I asked Teresa to help us with a total redo of our lounge in our 30’s house. Having spent some time researching we decided we would like a Japandi style. Teresa came up with two options based on our brief of colour preferences and presented it to us very professionally. Following recommendations, specifically from another client based outside the UK, I engaged (remotely) with Teresa to assist us in decorating our new apartment. Teresa is simply amazing! Teresa helped me makeover the lounge/dining space in our 16th century listed farmhouse. I had no idea where to start and Teresa was expert at working out what would work well and match the very vague ideas I had. Teresa’s paintings of the suggested end result were beautiful. Teresa provided links to products and some great contacts for flooring and soft furnishings. Although I haven’t 100% finished it yet Teresa has been so helpful in continuing to offer guidance and source products. She’s very easy to work with as well as being very professional and prompt. We gave Teresa a big task when we moved across the Atlantic to a new home. Our aim was to feel like we finally had a 'grown up and put together' interior after trying our best but never quite achieving it. Our brief involved choosing paint colours for the entire Georgian house, spreading over 4 floors. Then we wanted to integrate some of our existing furniture from California, and come up with a layout for each room, and a theme for the house overall. Teresa was fantastic, she listened to our differing opinions and always came up with a deck/ proposal that met and exceeded our needs, she gave us ideas we hadn't thought of, and we took risks we normally never would have without Teresa's input. Teresa went way beyond what we were expecting. We had quite a few rooms needing a refresh at the same time and no real idea what we wanted. Teresa was a delight to work with again. This time it was for a whole flat renovation using both her design and project management services. In respect of the design, she helped draw my ideas together; bringing a sense of flow throughout the flat, both in terms of decor and colour. In respect of project management, Teresa was an invaluable help and advisor dealing with the day-to-day aspects of the build while I was working and sourcing fantastic contractors. All this and she is a delightful, warm and caring person who truly invested herself and her skills in making sure the outcome was right for me and my lifestyle.

We engaged Teresa to bring some clarity to our thinking for our new kitchen diner and dining room. At all times she was courteous, friendly and polite. It was particularly useful seeing colour schemes and layout examples which allowed us to narrow the field and reach a decision we were comfortable with. We were also keen on making things simple and we ultimately used Wren as supplier for the kitchen units and asked Teresa to accompany us which absolutely helped in establishing consensus. With Teresa's guidance we went in to the Wren arrangement fully briefed! The Wren side of things worked excellently (employed our own fitter who we know well) and sitting here a month later we have a fantastic space which has transformed our home - with the wonderful kitchen island my teenage family is communicating again!!! I wanted to add character to my Bristol harbourside apartment and get rid of the magnolia walls! I had some ideas - maybe an industrial retro theme, possibly a Nordic influence, but had little idea where to start. Teresa produced a fantastic detailed design which brought in both influences, cleverly blending in some existing furniture with new pieces and artwork to keep (almost) within budget, and I have been really delighted with the result - my place has a real wow factor now! It was fantastic working with Teresa whilst she project managed the decoration, and she kept me fully up to date with costs, deliveries and tweaks throughout. I would use Teresa again without hesitation - highly recommended!

We moved back to our Victorian town house in Bristol having rented it out for six years. The whole house was in need of an update, and we chose to concentrate on the ground floor for the first phase of renovation. Teresa helped us with designs, colour schemes, project management and finding brilliant tradespeople. She was excellent throughout the process and we are delighted with the results. The ground floor has been transformed from being rather shabby and dated, to a smart interior that we are proud to call our home. We particularly love the kitchen, which was completely gutted, remodelled and modernised. On top of all of this, she also help us find a garden designer who has done wonders with the front and back spaces. The process was a real pleasure and will be using Teresa again next year for the remainder of the house.

Earlier this year we moved house and needed to decorate and furnish a large lounge. Rooms in our previous houses have always been cobbled together but this time i wanted something that reflected what we liked. I had never considered using a designer before but felt overwhelmed at all the choices out there. I knew what i wanted to achieve but couldn’t figure out how to get it. Teresa was brilliant at understanding the brief. I confess I was unsure when she came back with the designs but I decided to trust her and I have loved everything she has chosen! We have ended up with a room design that we all love and that we would never have arrived at without her help. Brilliant!

We really enjoyed our experience working with Teresa on the re-design of our sitting room, the layout and design of which we have never been able to find a solution for since we moved into our house nearly 10 years ago! Firstly, Teresa really took the time to understand our personal style – we particularly enjoyed thinking about all the brands we like and why. We discussed in detail all the functions we wanted for the room, as well as the more general design styles, colours and the feelings of rooms that we are drawn towards. Teresa took on board all our queries throughout the various design stages, steering us gently through concepts and layouts and furnishings, and she struck the perfect balance between not imposing any strong views of her own, but giving us very clear and concise advice when we asked for it. In Teresa’s final presentation (complete with lovely fabric and paint samples), when we saw her beautiful paintings of the room with all the furniture in place, it was like she had opened up our heads and tidied up years of mess in there! We are now slowly but surely buying the recommended furniture – so far so good! – and finalising paint colours and can’t wait to have our perfect finished room. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Teresa for any design project, big or small. Best decision we made!

Working with Teresa on our new kitchen/diner/snug space has been excellent. We had a vague idea what we wanted but but we don't "fit" easily into any particular style grouping (cool, modern, traditional, eclectic etc) and we were concerned that we could get it so so wrong. Hence we got in touch with Teresa....and we are very glad we did. She took time to get a genuine understanding of our tastes and then provided invaluable ideas and guidance as we worked up our final design. Teresa really cared about our project. She made sure she understood clearly what we were after and the deadlines we were working to. She came up with some truly inspirational ideas for our home (such that it was sometimes hard to choose which we liked best!) and was always on hand to provide thoughtful, considered opinions. Teresa helped us with some designs for our new open plan kitchen/ living space. We wanted to create a modern but warm space and wanted some ideas on how to bring the two areas together . Teresa really took the time to get to know the style and feel we were looking for and came up with two schemes, both of which we loved. We are now underway implementing one of the designs. She helpfully provided links to all the items in her mood boards which has made the process of accessing specific items really easy. Teresa put an awful lot of thought and work into the project – she really wanted to get it right for us and totally delivered on the brief. Teresa commissioned me to draw two bespoke lamp shades for a client of hers in Clevedon. Teresa outlined exactly what was needed and kept me informed every step of the way, liaising with the client about the exact image they required so I was never in doubt. Teresa also kindly collected the lampshades from me and payment was promptly made - something that is always welcome for a self-employed person. I have since worked with Teresa on another project and was impressed by her communication skills and work ethic. I am so thrilled with the plan Teresa has done for us. We needed help with the layout and design of our large open plan family room which incorporates a kitchen/diner/and playroom, to make the space cohesive and feel cheerful and welcoming, whilst functioning in its different roles for the whole family. Teresa truly listened to what I wanted. She has drawn up a plan which gives a gorgeous cosy area, the exact shade of green I had been hankering after, materials and textures which complement the existing flooring and units to give a natural organic feel to the space, and accessories to pull the whole look together. I contacted Teresa as I needed help with ideas on how to furnish our new oak room extension. Teresa understood exactly what I was trying to achieve as I wanted to make sure our existing lounge was incorporated into the design too so that the rooms didn’t feel separate. Theresa helped us pull everything together and designed a brilliant brief which added the wow factor that was missing, as well as create a good flow throughout our home. Theresa has very good communication skills and immediately got the feel of what we wanted. She is very professional and provided excellent ideas using colours, textures, patterns, soft furnishings, storage solutions, lighting and feature statements. Teresa put together a CAD plan for our bedroom, with ensuite and storage solutions, working around a fantastic view but lots of irregular ceiling heights. Following that Teresa created a number of briefs that reflected well the ideas I had given her and then took pretty much everything out of my hands from sourcing to ordering and delivery follow up. My husband and I engaged with Teresa of TME interiors after a search on the internet for interior designer professionals. We wanted to redo two of our rooms to create a sense of space, comfort and of course elegance. Our criteria for choosing a professional to work with was that the person was approachable, friendly, would work with us and guide us to create the most suitable look for our rooms, would be able to suggest colours and ideas and probably stretch our imagination with their knowledge and experience. Of the four people I contacted, Teresa fit the bill perfectly! She came home, took the measurements, spent a good two hours talking to us and taking notes, went away and in a matter of a few weeks, came back to us with ideas and a lovely presentation of the plan she had for us. It fit within our budget, she had appropriate options for us, and wonderful suggestions with colours and furniture. I have been looking at the plans she left us with and we have slowly started the work- I don't even want to go outside of her suggestsions as I think they are perfect! Her suggestions included the links where we could buy pieces and their prices (so all I need to do was click and order!). Very importantly, she understood our requirements of colour, aesthetics, cost and comfort. Her plans reduced the confusions we had in our minds! Teresa has been very professional and a wonderful 'artist' to work with. She is someone I would highly recommend and use in the future if we have any projects!

Teresa is hugely enthusiastic and put together a comprehensive portfolio of ideas for the renovation of my study. This included a complete list of where to buy the items recommended and a potential layout of the room. The costings were reasonable and in line with my budget. Teresa met the deadlines we agreed. Having recently moved into our wonderful, new but somewhat-lacking-in-character home, we enlisted the services of TME Interiors. We asked Teresa to come up with a colour scheme and give advice on fabrics and furnishings for our sitting room - large, light but 50 shades of taupe. It’s now our jewel of a room. My partner and I would likely never have dared to go for such a deep, rich scheme, but Teresa carefully questioned us and drew out our preferences and ambitions, and the result is something of which we are equally proud. Teresa’s recommendations showed both conscientiousness and creativity - a perfect combination in my mind - and I’d have no hesitation in recommending her.

Before I moved into my house I had no idea what I wanted to do with it. Teressa spent a lot of time with me discussing how I want to live in the house and want I wanted to achieve in each room. Teresa at TME completed an excellent project for the interior space of my new home, a barn conversion. She was highly professional and kept in touch throughout the process. She took note of all my needs and requirements while keeping the door open for fresh ideas. As a colourblind person I needed to get the colour tones and matched furniture right and Teresa was an immense help with this, suggesting paint and fabric options. I was particularly impressed with the option of buying some nice pieces that were pre-loved classics. Everything came within budget and I was exceptionally pleased with the final presentation, which was beautifully put together. Teresa understood and completed the brief perfectly. I hired TME Interiors to help with the interior design plan for my house. Being an I.T. professional, I have little experience, patience and time to wade through countless design articles and furniture shops. TME provided me with a fabulous document set, clearly detailing a holistic design ethos I should following along with more detailed furniture recommendations.

I can't recommend TME Interiors enough. Teresa provided a great service with amazing attention to detail. The mood boards provided at the start of the project really helped me understand what I liked and didn't like and allowed us to zero in on the final design really quickly. I find Teresa's ideas inspirational and still go back to the mood boards to get further ideas for projects.

Teresa did a very thorough job when helping me to set the style of my newly refurbished penthouse apartment in Barcelona. She prepared a complete questionnaire to hep identify what I wanted, inspired me with some examples, and then sent me mood boards and recommendations on where to buy the different pieces of furniture / decoration. On top of that, she's a very nice and fun person to hang out with, which made me enjoy the whole process very much. I would wholeheartedly recommend her. Maria
