C'est pourquoi sa Maman s'est naturellement tournée vers WherDeco, pour son expertise en Décologie (décoration écologique) lorsqu'il a fallu revoir la décoration de sa chambre. Au menu : papier peint écologique, peinture dépolluante et linge de lit bio Oeko-Tex Standard 100. Rien que ça! Parce qu'elle le vaut bien :)

A baby’s nursery designed to be gender neutral and adaptable to the changing needs of a growing child. Un recoin un peu trop large dans un espace souvent négligé ? Une seule solution : un meuble sur mesure qui sait se fondre dans le décor. Peint dans la même teinte que les murs, il accueille clés, chaussures et bien plus encore. Les poignées sur mesure, subtilement intégrées sur toute la longueur, créent l'illusion de ne pas exister, se fondant harmonieusement dans l'ensemble comme de simples éléments décoratifs. La pièce maîtresse de cet espace : un grand miroir sur mesure qui reflète la luminosité et nous guide vers la lumière qui invite à passer au salon.

Our clients started this project with a specific vision, but wanted a helping hand to make it exactly what they had hoped for. When the Realm team joined the project, our clients were already underway with the planning phase - with visions of removing the walls that partitioned the dining room from the conservatory and kitchen, to create the ideal open-plan space for entertaining their big family and group of friends, now that their two kids are teenagers.

Nos encontramos en un ático en medio del Eixample, una vivienda en chaflán. Los acabados y el mobiliario antiguos ya no encajan con sus inquilinos. Es por eso que nuestros clientes piden cambiar la imagen del piso y mejorar, con pequeños gestos, algunos de los espacios. Se derriba todo el mobiliario a medida, a excepción del armario del dormitorio principal y del estudio que se mantienen, reformándolos. Se renuevan las instalaciones y se crea una base de: - blanco en paredes, techos y puertas - y texturas como el parquet, que queda en diagonal en la zona del salón, enfatizando el chaflán - o texturas de baldosas con motivos geométricos que dan un toque de color a espacios como la cocina y los baños. La cocina se renueva aprovechando al máximo el espacio y se alicata el frontal con una elegante baldosa verde que combina con el pavimento. Para agrandar el pasillo, se eliminan las convencionales puertas del estudio y la cocina y se crean dos grandes aperturas que rompen con el pasillo creando la sensación de espacio abierto, que respira y deja pasar la luz. La otra pared del pasillo es donde nuestros clientes cuelgan la gran cantidad de cuadros y pinturas que tienen, todo iluminado con un aplique de pared blanco que nos da luz ambiente. Renovamos el baño principal y creamos un “aseo” relacionado con el dormitorio, con toques de colores a las baldosas y pintura así como también toques de madera en el mueble del lavabo. Se cambian todas las carpinterías exteriores y se aprovechan las puertas interiores originales, que restauramos. Para el invierno, se hace toda la instalación de radiadores de agua; para el verano: ventiladores de techo blancos y de líneas finas, que además de ser ecológicos, consiguen refrescar el ambiente sin resecarlo. Con todo ello, conseguimos un cambio de imagen increíble que da respuesta a las nuevas necesidades de nuestros clientes.

La verrière blanche sur mesure permet de structurer l’espace tout en laissant passer la lumière naturelle vers l’entrée. Semi-ouverte, la cuisine s’esquisse en transparence, sans se dévoiler entièrement — un jeu d’équilibre entre intimité et ouverture.

This family of five had just down-sized to a new build townhouse and were desperate to add some of their colourful personalities to the all white space. Early on I established their love for rich jewel colours and embraced this fully in the living room, influenced by their stunning curtains. Encouraging them to colour drench the space they now have a cosy getaway for the evenings and entertaining. Pops of fuscia, blush and brass add contrast while black accents ground the scheme. The deep teal and blush tones continue in their kitchen, which includes this fun snug area, with oak elements to lighten the scheme and beautiful floor length curtains. Plants feature heavily. Finally the botanical influences flow through into their hardworking home office, to create a calming atmosphere with paler green tones, oak, sisal and leather. The family are thrilled with the end result and say the colours in their new home bring them a lot of joy.
