Rehabilitación de una antigua fábrica de pan para 13 viviendas tipo loft. El edificio en el que se encuentra el local objeto del proyecto es un prisma casi rectangular de 50x16 m, disponiendo 5 plantas hacia la calle Beatriz Galindo y 7 hacia la calle Valliciergo. Se propone potenciar el carácter diferencial de las viviendas tipo loft a través del juego con las proporciones de su espacio, aprovechando la generosa altura libre, otorgando a las viviendas unas proporciones inusuales. Así la vivienda base es una tira alta y profunda, donde el ancho viene definido por la crujía estructural existente. Las variaciones a lo largo del local existente (presencia de planta baja en parte del local, elementos estructurales de arriostramiento y contención, variaciones del ancho de crujía), generan modificaciones en las viviendas. En fachada se aprovecha la altura libre para abrir una terraza que ofrece intimidad a la vivienda, disponiéndose sobre ella un altillo como desahogo funcional. Toda la fachada se acristala completamente buscando el máximo de iluminación y potenciando la focalidad direccional del espacio. Los accesos se realizan por la propia fachada en las viviendas a cota de calle, y a través de un pasillo, de distribución longitudinal, ubicado al fondo del edificio para la cota +4.45 m con acceso por escalera y ascensor desde cota +0.00 m.
