An East London former artist's studio in the heart of Shoreditch was brought to life with a lively mix of classic Scandinavian design layered with punches of colour and pattern.
Bespoke joinery sits alongside modern and antique furniture. A deco Venetian mirror adds sparkle in the Asian influenced sitting room which displays pieces sourced from as far afield as Malaysia and Hong Kong.
Indian textiles and a handwoven beni ourain carpet from Marrakech give the bedroom a relaxed bohemian feel, with simple bespoke silk blinds commissioned for the large lateral windows that span the room.
In the bathroom the simple Fired Earth tiles sing. A couple of carefully chosen accessories found in a Parisian market add a dash of je ne sais quoi.

This beautiful master bathroom is situated in a Victorian townhouse in the heart of Notting Hill, London. The classic style and bold colour choices create a relaxing space with a unique style and elegance that is both classic and contemporary which was featured in the October 2014 issue of Homes & Gardens.
Drummond’s roll-top Spey cast iron bath in Salmon pink is the main feature of the room, with Drummonds’ brassware creating a warm, nostalgic feel. It has been left un-lacquered and un-polished to age naturally giving it a rich, golden colour and unique patina. The bath is drained through a Plunger waste unit based on a classic Victorian design.
Drummonds’ curved pipe Dalby shower and the WC are concealed in a custom-built enclosure in the back wall, behind a vintage art deco screen sourced from France. This beautiful piece is backlit, bathing the bath in a soft glow in the evening.
The soft shapes of Drummonds’ pop-up basin mixer taps with burnished walnut handles are paired with the contrasting contemporary cut of the square marble basin and square cornered cabinetry.

This Grade 2 listed apartment in central London took a complete refurbishment by MIC featuring the elegant Hebdern vanity basin, and minimal, yet stunning Nene shower.
It's ensuite shower room is a perfect use of design and colour making a unique space by combining the theme of nickel and blue tiles with black borders. The main feature in this small but perfectly created space, is the Nene Shower & the 200mm rose in nickel finish, clearly seen behind the industrial style glass and metal framed shower doors which lend an air of urban chic alongside the hand glazed period style tiles in rich blue hues from Victorian Ceramics.
The tiles, which run around the room and extend into the walk-in shower, were commissioned especially for this project by Waldo Works and add a touch of individuality to the design. The single Hebdern vanity basin creates a striking focal point with black Marquina marble that coordinates perfectly with the room’s colours and detailing.

The kitchen diner incorporates half of the former rear reception room, with the remainder accommodating a walk through cloak room and hidden utility cupboard, which leads to a new WC.

Classically elegant, light-reflecting pieces and tiles in bold Mediterranean hues create a truly unique scheme. Set in south-west London this stunning 5 bedroom Victorian terrace features a Mediterranean-inspired family bathroom creating a relaxing, calming haven in which the family can completely relax and was published in the October 2015 issue of Homes & Gardens, Dream Bathrooms.
When the property was purchased 5 years ago, the owners wanted to redesign the master ensuite and create more space so that all the family members could use. The owners were able to double the size of the room and created sufficient space to include a walk-in shower that features Drummond’s elegant Dalby Shower with curved pipe and a 300mm rose in Nickel finish
“We chose these classic-style fittings from Drummonds because they are so glamorous. They are luxurious, beautiful made and built to last” says the owner. The striking Tay bath tub with its gleaming polished finish and a plunger waste is set against a wall paneled in antique mirror from Rupert Bevan Furniture & Interiors, all of which helps to reflect the light that streams in through the windows in the roof making the room feel even bigger.
The double Crake basin with its chunky storage shelf and the beautiful Atlantic Grey marble comes in complete contrast with the beautiful Mediterranean floor tiles in sea blues and greens from Rustico Tile & Stone. The Brora high level WC suite along with the wall mounted towel rail and the bathroom accessories add even more unique touches to the bathroom.

Trio is an elegant design based on a series of ovals. Its understated looks work well in this contemporary take on the country cottage bathroom, allowing the PlayTime walk-in shower and freestanding Trend bath to take center stage.

This London townhouse is packed full of colour and vitality. From the lime green kitchen to the yellow ochre lounge area and magenta games room, the colours lend each room a unique energy and vibrancy.
The bathroom is a place of calm in a riot of colours and styles. The classic bathroom products offer effortless style and stand out against the more muted colour palette. The polished Spey bath is our longest and perfect for the large family that the room serves, as is our largest basin the Kinloch and tallest 6 bar towel rail, draped with delightful splashes of colour

This is an example of a bohemian bathroom in Sussex with a built-in sink, louvered cabinets, white cabinets, marble worktops, a freestanding bath, a built-in shower, a one-piece toilet, white tiles, ceramic tiles, white walls and light hardwood flooring.

The family bathroom is quite traditional in style, with Lefroy Brooks fitments, polished marble counters, and oak parquet flooring. Although small in area, mirrored panelling behind the bath, a backlit medicine cabinet, and a decorative niche help increase the illusion of space.
