Jane helped to completely redesign our ensuite bathroom and we are absolutely delighted with the outcome. Throughout our discussions Jane used her extensive knowledge suggesting different products or options and was incredibly patient as we changed our minds frequently. She provided numerous realistic images of the plan which helped us to settle on the final design. She sourced all of the bathroom fixtures, including tiles and booked one of her fitters (Carl) to complete the job. Carl was by far the best bathroom fitter we have ever used, working solidly until the job was complete. We highly recommend Bathroom Deisgn Studio and we will have no hesitation in using them again in the future.

She has an in-depth knowledge of the process of creating a bathroom that is hard to find. Her eye for detail is excellent and she guided us through the whole process, patiently listening to all our requests and requirements. The finished job is exactly as we envisaged. Don’t renew your bathroom without her!

Couldn't have been happier! We looked at 6 or 7 bathroom designers/showrooms across the area, Harrogate, Ripon, out to near Ilkley. We settled on Jane at Bathroom Design as we felt she came up with the best fit design for our space (a largish family bathroom) which shook things up a little in terms of lay out without being glitzy. And she got us - she didnt try to sell us a dream of bath taps pouring a glass of prosecco or mood lighting bouncing to the sound of the latest Taylor Swift track, or some sort of AI shower control. Jane seemed to understand us quickly, which the other design studios didn't manage. Once we got underway, Jane managed the process well end to end, communicated well, got us in to look at options through the process and , more than anything, was patient with us as we took our time deciding. Although the installer was separate, it was clear Gavin and Jane had a very strong working relationship with Gavin having a lot of respect for Jane, and this gave us confidence. We are delighted with the final result and a new house bathroom which will last us many years. We are thinking of new projects in a year or two and Jane will certainly be the designer we choose next time around! Thank you, Jane!

We have been using Jane and her team at Bathroom Design Studio for over 10 years now, providing bathroom solutions in 3 of our properties - one being our main residence near Harrogate, one a complete refurbishment of a Grade II apartment as a second home in the North East and one a new build development project we have since moved into locally. Jane's attention to detail is exceptional, as is her knowledge of all things bathroom related. She is happy to take your lead as to whether you want her to suggest and design something from scratch for you, or whether you have your own design ideas and images requiring bespoke solutions. Her patience with any of our changes throughout the project or any challenges because of our property restrictions was amazing. In all of our bathrooms Jane has helped with our budget planning allowing us to choose the right level of fittings and furniture depending on the bathroom types, ranging from luxury master suites to a tiny garden room w/c. Our budget was considered throughout the whole design process, this was hugely reassuring, especially when installing multiple bathrooms at once. Our last project was designed with Jane via Zoom calls, this worked particularly well for us due to time and family commitments as well as Covid restrictions. This method delivered exactly the same level of service we had previously had with in person design meetings and I would highly recommend this approach as it easily allowed for small tweaks or amendments to the design. Jane worked easily from architect plans or our own measures and photographs. She also visited on site for specific measures or any fine tuning. Jane was a pleasure to work with, often coming up with questions we hadn't even thought of, such as how tall my youngest child was when installing a mirror above the sink to make sure she could see into it and how long our arm reach was to turn on the shower controls before stepping into the shower, she really is all over the detail. We would highly recommend Jane for any bathroom projects, large or small.

Would recommend. Jane and I never met in person, but through a family recommendation I got in touch with her to design my bathroom refit. Despite being 300 miles apart, we managed this entirely remotely. We had a series of calls where Jane gradually built up an image of what I wanted and translated this into her 3d design program. This was really helpful, as I'm not a particularly good visualiser, so seeing the design and iterating it live on our calls using this program helped in this regard. She has great knowledge of the various bathroom appliances and fixtures, and I'm really happy with the items she recommended (like the shower door that opens inwards and outwards, which I'd never seen before). As a layperson, there is no way I would have known about all the wall fittings / waste pipes etc that were needed. We did have a bit of confusion early on over the pricing model Jane put together, but this was explained over time and made sense once we had that conversation. The only thing I struggled with at times was understanding the technical language which Jane of course possesses naturally, which perhaps could have been explained more simply to a layperson like me. However, all in all, I'm incredibly happy about the entire service, value for money and the end result of the bathroom fit. Thanks Jane and Damon for all your help. Lewis

From start to finish the service provided has been first class. It is so refreshing to deal with a business that goes the extra mile to provide what the customer needs. Jane provided an excellent design concept with samples to try in situ. Damon coordinated the provision of materials and Tristan the fitter was first class. All in all we would have no hesitation using this company again or recommending them to anyone. Absolutely first class extremely pleased.

We found Harrogate Design Studio from an advert on a local radio station and made an appointment. Firstly, Jane came around and took detailed measurements of our existing bathroom, after this we made an appointment to view design options. Two options were on the table, both looked great and we decided on one. We then had a few other meetings at the showroom and went through details on every part of the bathroom including costings to ensure we ended up with a top-quality bathroom that met all our requirements and was within budget. A detailed render was also given that gave us an almost identical visual of the finished bathroom. The bathroom was fitted by Tristan who does work for Jane, he was also fantastic with very high-quality workmanship standards and attention to detail. I would highly recommend Jane and the Harrogate Bathroom Design Studio, the whole experience was seamless and faultless from start to finish. We absolutely love our new bathroom and so please we engaged with Jane.

Our first impression of the Bathroom Design Studio was good. We were warmly greeted on arrival and a site visit was quickly arranged. Jane patiently listened to our ideas and cleverly guided us through the vast variety of options available, dealing with our many queries quickly and professionally. When the project moved on to the installation, Andrew took over and expertly followed Jane’s plan. He was extremely pleasant, and the way in which the work was completed was excellent. Both our en-suite and downstairs loo are now a pleasure to behold, and we couldn’t be more pleased with the results!

We have used the Bathroom Design Studio for replacement bathrooms in our new home and we cannot recommend them highly enough. The quality of the design, products and fit are exceptional. Jane , the designer, used her wealth of experience and talent to make the best use of our awkward shaped bathrooms. Carl the fitter was a pleasure to work with and his skills second to none. Jane was incredible right from the start. I emailed Jane in the middle of the UK lockdown so a lot of the beginning consultation was done over video calls. Amazingly, with Jane never seeing the room the bathroom was going in, everything ended up perfect! I gave Jane a very long list of sometimes bizarre requirements and she managed to work with all of them. Using Houzz to specify the bathroom worked perfectly as Jane had a very good idea of what I liked. The things that wouldn't work, Jane managed to steer me away to a more suitable product or design for example, I really wanted wooden floorboards and didn't know that ceramic floorboards were a thing. Because I was so set on this idea, she left me to think about it and after researching, she was totally right - they worked out perfectly for the bathroom! Jane pulled ideas out of my head such as "I like chairs in the bathroom" to having a seat in the shower which is lush. Moving away from design, the product Jane recommended are extremely high quality - but, she also knew where it was appropriate to reduce costs as well. I'm really pleased with the fittings and I believe this bathroom will last a very long time - and stay easy to clean! When the time came to fit the bathroom, the fitter she recommended, Carl was absolutely incredible. Carl never lost his cool when things didn't go quite right (such as the original bathroom taking a lot longer to remove, that thing was stuck!) and dealt with any issues that came his way gracefully. Even my neighbours loved him! The quality of his work is beyond and I have no idea how he is skilled at so many different tasks - including project management with getting the different trades to come at the right time and finding substitutions when people pulled out. I had to move the bathroom fitting due to having to self isolate after being contact traced and Carl even worked around that - and, the bathroom wasn't delayed too much! Overall, I absolutely loved the experience from the start of the process to the finish. Clear communication (I never had to chase Jane), great quality fittings, great service and skilled tradespeople. When it comes time to sort out the other bathrooms in my house, I wouldn't call anyone else but Jane.

I had my bathroom designed by Jane at the bathroom design studio and I wanted to take the time to say how pleased I am with the results. Every step of the way Jane, Chloe and Damon have been professional, kind and knowledgeable. From the moment I entered the shop Jane was welcoming and insightful. Her product knowledge is second to none and I have got a beautiful and unique space exactly fits my brief and budget. From the beginning we were impressed with Jane’s commitment to details and design for our 2 bathrooms , and ultimately thrilled with the execution of her ideas. She had many excellent suggestions that meant that the bathrooms were not only gorgeous in design but was executed within our agreed budget. Jane and her team are obviously well supported by fitters/plumbers of the highest calibre. We were allocated Andrew, a true professional with an excellent work ethic. It’s refreshing to find a contractor who delivers what they say they will do. From the initial contact to the completion of the work everything was carried out as planned.The designer Jane was very enthusiastic and full of ideas which helped with decision making.The design and quality of the products were first class and the work was completed on time with no hitches in all three rooms. Andrew the fitter was excellent and clearly enjoys his work which is borne out by the fantastic results which he produced.He was truly professional and was extremely tidy and punctual. Although our bathroom design was started by our daughter, Jane was able to improve on it in terms of practicalities that we hadn't thought of, including fittings that complemented the design. Jane was able to manage the whole project and on budget, including sourcing some obscure fossil filled limestone (Swaledale fossil) for a fussy client! The fitter, Andrew was excellent and meticulous in his work, thoroughly professional. We now have a luxury bathroom which is a joy to use. I would wholeheartedly recommend Bathroom Design Studio.

We have quite a small bathroom but wanted to create a wow factor on quite a strict budget. Jane and her team are extremely professional. Jane is great at coming up with ideas to make the most of the space you have. She had come up with a beautiful outline design after visiting our property to survey and talking through our ideas. She then worked with us to ensure the project came in on budget not rushing us but taking time to go through all our options. The fitter we had install our bathroom was friendly and professional. His whole team were extremely good at their jobs and left us with a beautiful finish that really does have the wow factor we were looking for. If we have had any questions or issues regarding the whole process Jane and her team have been quick to resolve them and have always gone that extra mile to ensure we are completely happy. I would recommend them without hesitation if you are looking to re design your bathroom space.

It was important to us that the new bathroom flowed with the rest of our home of 22 years! We are just delighted with the results - the new configuration is fab and the fitting was seamless from all the trades, plaster, electrician and all the parts arrived without any errors - a feat in itself!. Andrew who fitted the bathroom was utterly awesome! It's a shame we don't have any more bathrooms in need of updating because we would be back in a flash!

In 2017 we refurbished our downstairs toilet, but looking for ideas and help left us floundering. Then we heard the magic words “Bathroom Design Studio helps you”! Jane Ive talked us through design options and showed us samples of pottery and tiles. With her help, expertise, knowledge and flair we now have a fantastically stylish downstairs toilet! Jane is now designing a new bathroom for us, and we can highly recommend Bathroom Design Studio.

We had the challenge of reconfiguring a house bathroom and adjoining en-suite to balance the use of space and facilities better as well as bringing up to date. Jane had some great ideas and helped us through the product choices giving us the benefit of her experience. The project management by Alex and the attention to detail in tiling and fitting by Tristan made the process much easier. The results live up to the CAD images that were so helpful in the early stages and the whole project delivered to deadline with minimal 'fixes' needed. Love the finished results. Highly recommend.

Jane was just brilliant! She was an absolute delight to work with. She had infinite patience dealing with our frequent changes of plan, indecision, etc. She knows the trade inside out and gives thoughtful and well-informed advice both on design and on practical 'nuts and bolts' matters. We recently had both an en-suite and a house bathroom fully replaced through Bathroom Design Studio (Harrogate). Jane started with an on-site visit to accurately measure the rooms and understand the character of the property and what we wanted to achieve. Jane input all of this in to a computer design system to then use as the template for the new design. Jane helped us through the design process using her extensive knowledge of design options and furniture / accessories and was very patient as we asked to see many options before we finalised on the design. The design software she used allowed us very easily to visualise the proposed designs with pictures showing how they would look. This also led to accurate costings for both rooms. We were extremely impressed with how the end-product for both bathrooms matched the designs we had developed with Jane! Alex and his subcontractors did a great job translating the bathrooms from design to actual rooms. All of the team turned up when they said they would, were clean, courteous and efficient and did a quality job. Particularly helpful was their willingness to modify small details when necessary and that they would always ask before finalising details. I would highly recommend both Jane’s design work and Alex’s contracting teams to others looking for bathroom replacements.

We visited the Bathroom Store on a recommendation from a friend, we were not disappointed. We live in a cottage with very quirky features, some of which we wanted to retain. Jane came out and did a full survey, and came up with what essentially was our dream bathroom and just what we wanted. She recommended a great plumber, and the result was even better than anticipated. I can't thank Jane and her team enough for their time, patience and understanding during all aspects of the 5 week conversion. Everything went to plan and when little bumps hit in the road they were all addressed and dealt with in a speedy and professional fashion. We chose Bathroom Design Studio because they appeared to offer a more design led approach to our proposed shower room rather than just a plumbing exercise and we were not disappointed . The extensive discussions gave us the confidence to proceed and the end result was fabulous .The standard of workmanship of the friendly fitters was exemplary . We would certainly recommend BDS to anyone looking for a stylish new bathroom .

We went into Bathroom Design and was instantly impressed with the range of products on display to inspire us. Jane then sat down with us at her computer and designed our ensuite bathroom in front of us. Her product knowledge was excellent. When we explained what type of cabinet we wanted she knew straight away which brochures to go to. Jane offered us choices in style and also price brackets! The ensuite was designed with impeccable detail, down to how the tiles would be lined up and the height of the cabinet to offset the feature basin. When the products arrived and after using them we are really pleased with the quality. We didn't like the towel ring that we had ordered and there was no hassle exchanging it for another one. We would definitely recommend using Bathroom Design. We are so pleased with ours that every time we use it we feel like we are living in a hotel.

Jane was incredible in helping us modify our existing bathrooms, keeping in mind the existing tilework in one of the bathrooms (that we wanted to keep) and the new tiling in another bathroom (that we wanted to match). She was always available when we had any questions and made 3D visualisations for us that looked exactly like the finished work! She was also mindful of our budget, helping us keep the costs down while retaining a high end look. We couldn't be happier with our new bathrooms!
