Viki and Phil have been outstanding partners on our (almost) full house renovation (everything except the kitchen), as well as a full redesign of the front of the house, including a secure garage. From early planning and creative ideation through to detailed designs, drawings, planning submissions and helping us find and secure a builder, they’ve been brilliant at every stage. Viki is incredibly creative and the mood board stage was just endless excitement! Her ideas have completely elevated the project - from wallpaper wtih monkeys chilling out eating popcorn and drinking cocktails in the bathroom, to a Victoriana curiosity shop-inspired wall in our living room, to sourcing a beautiful slab of South African stone for our dining table. Phil, as the architect, has been equally exceptional. He developed all of the layouts and led the detailed design with real precision and care, combining creativity with a deep technical understanding. His attention to detail on drawings and planning has been outstanding, and he’s been instrumental in translating ideas into something that is both beautiful and buildable (and being endlessly patient with our many comments and requests). The balance between Viki’s creativity and Phil’s architectural rigour & precision is a real strength. What really stands out is how bespoke their approach is. There’s no “off-the-shelf” thinking - they take the time to really understand what matters and respond with fresh, thoughtful ideas. We always felt listened to. They’ve also been very mindful of budget. Our spend has increased from our original plan, but that’s entirely down to us expanding the scope as we got more excited about the possibilities, not through any lack of rigour on their side. They are a pleasure to work with: professional, patient, highly responsive, and excellent at project management. Everything has moved at pace without us ever needing to chase. The builder they recommended (someone they’ve worked with frequently) has also been fantastic. We’re midway through the build, everything is on time and going to plan, and excited to move back in soon. Viki & Phil stand head and shoulders above others we’ve worked with — and are genuinely lovely people too. We would hire them again without question.

Ensoul have brilliantly guided us from a vague idea of what we wanted for the house to where we are today, which is on the verge of construction for our whole-house refurbishment and extension in south London. Throughout the whole process to date, Viki and Phil have been so easy to work with. They have turned our high-level ideas into plans which we are hugely excited about, and their attention to detail has been superb. The dynamic duo of Ensoul, Viki (designer) and Phil (architect) where absolutely exceptional to work with! We purchased a 1880's Victorian terraced house that had not been updated in several decades. We wanted to do a full home renovation with a new kitchen extension. It was important to us to keep a great deal of the Victorian architectural details, while modernizing the bathrooms and kitchen. Phil and Viki were incredible at listening to our overall vision for our home and providing thoughtful design solutions. Phil delivered breath taking architectural plans that married modern lighting, hidden storage and updated function that complemented the historic design elements of the home. Viki, as a designer was able to develop impressive mood boards, where she quickly picked up on our individual style and then delivered uniquely layered beautiful designs. Both Viki and Phil worked thoughtfully within our budget and we didn't feel that we compromised to build our dream home. Lastly, this team is absolutely fantastic with delivering on very different design styles, from updating historic homes to modern new construction.

The Ensoul team are helping us with the extension and complete refurbishment of our family home. Initially we did not intend to use interior designers, but in Ensoul we found a perfect combination of architectural, design and project management expertise and a service tailored to our needs. We are working with Ensoul for a full refurbishment and extension of what will be our family home. The team has been very creative in all design elements and maximising space for family living. Ensoul also suggested adding a roof extension, which we hadn't considered, and created a beautiful design with a roof terrace that received planning approval. Mike and Viki Lander have helped with two related projects: an outdoor kitchen and a staircase from the large upper ground floor terrace outside the kitchen down to the garden at LG level. From the start they were thoughful, creative, professional and organised. Their first suggestion, to move the planned kitchen from one side of the grden to the other was inspired and hugely improved the layout of the garden and the way it works. theyr were good at managing the budgets and the workment and I would recommend them.

Ensoul has transformed my apartment from a blank canvas into a stunningly beautiful home. It was a full refurbishment and all new furniture so I just had to turn up with clothes and make-up. I'm blown away with how much I love it! I chose Ensoul for their creativity, use of colour and reputation for great client service.
