Rock n' Roll in Balham

A large, Victorian, family house in Balham recently refurbished by Ensoul. The brief was to be extraordinary and not like anything else in the area. Rock n' roll without being kitsch. We are thrilled with the results of working with a fantastic client with the confidence to really go for it with colour, texture and finishes.

Involved updating large kitchen, diner, living space; two reception rooms comprising formal sitting room and games/formal dining room; basement family room; master suite with marble ensuite and veneer walk in dressing room. Guest bedroom and ensuite. Two teenager bedrooms and family bathrooms.

Lots of wallpapers, bespoke cabinetry, all new furniture, lighting and floor finishes. As well as 5 bathrooms being gutted and refitted.
