Really good friends of ours referred us to Sarah, as they were really pleased with the help she had given them with the renovation of their home and we were planning a similar reconfiguration throughout our house. We wanted the design to flow and to create positive energy. Since the house is quite old, we also had Sarah perform an energetic space clearing and the property felt noticeably lighter afterwards. I really enjoyed working with Sarah to implement as much feng shui as possible in terms of layouts and colours, which room suited which people best, which patterns & materials were best to use etc. - our girls both love their bedrooms and playroom, I love the master bedroom and my office and the whole place flows beautifully and feels very relaxing to live in. Sarah and her team gave us valuable guidance for creating a Feng Shui interior and exterior when we refurbished a large family home in South Kensington. She offered advice on the colour scheme, fabrics and positioning of furniture pieces to ensure that the design was Feng Shui balanced, in keeping with our clients' wishes. She also made detailed recommendations for the landscaping of the outside spaces, choice of materials, plants and water features. From start to finish, Sarah was amazing. She contacted me straight away, and despite the fact I live in Scotland, managed to squeeze in a visit to the Highlands! Sarah spent the whole day with us, helping us turn our dated cottage into a a Feng Shui paradise. She also gave us options for budget reasons, for example she would suggest something to change but then give us other alternatives in case by the end of the project there was no budget left! The floor plan help and redesign of our layout aside, we also learned a huge amount about what rooms worked for us and what we should use each room for, as well as "not-so-good energy spots" appropriate to us as individuals and a family. We ended up swapping rooms and sleeping much better. On top of this we learned a lot about our land and the outside areas and how to maximise the energy as well as harness it. I felt her approach was friendly, professional and make perfect sense. In fact, the things she said correlated to what we had been told from experts in different areas (such as a shaman and a psychic). So I found it all fascinating. I also want to say that I could contact her at any time and she was always there on hand. I had another tune up a year later and highly recommend this!! I have used Feng Shui Consultants for many years but since this project was a complete gutting and refurbishment of a victorian house, I decided to use a Master of Feng Shui and I was very fortunate to find Sarah! She is extremely knowledgeable and totally professional in her approach. Sarah used the horoscopes of myself, my husband and two daughters (teenagers at the time) and advised on every aspect of the restructuring to maximise the energy for each of us. This included realigning the back wall of the extension at an angle, repositioning of bathrooms,location of new WC, kitchen layout, colour schemes throughout the house, advice on garden layout and collaboration with Garden designer, position of front gate etc. It was an 18 month project and Sarah was involved throughout. She even managed to work well with my daughters re the layout of their rooms and colours to give them the best energy for work and rest - they are both at university but continue to love coming home often! First, we hired Sarah to help us to find a house which will be good for our family with as much positive energy as possible. This was a terrific experience as sometimes our feelings and concerns about some houses were confirmed by Sarah’s Feng Shui analysis. Then, Sarah helped us to redecorate the entire new house as well as front and back gardens. That project was managed in a very professional manner and Sarah guided us during the whole process. The Feng Shui Agency hired my company (Rebecca Hatton Interiors Ltd) to provide technical assistance and to specify and supply fixtures, fittings and equipment to a residential renovation project in Pimlico, London. The scope of works included installing a new kitchen and bathroom as well as redecorating and providing bespoke joinery and window treatments. I was highly impressed with the excellent work done by Sarah, who provided clear guidance on the optimum location for particular fittings, fixtures and colours within the property along with pointing out potential issues and many other specific instructions and details. The results where incredibly effective and ensured that the property not only looked great but felt completely harmonious and relaxing to be in. I was inspired to research this ancient art and while I may have picked up some great tips it helped me appreciate even more the huge amount of knowledge required to be a Feng Shui Master of Sarah's caliber. I got in touch with the Feng Shui Agency for an initial consultation about my flat / possible re-organization of the current lay out and general clearing of the existing clutter. Sarah McAllister who followed personally my entire process was extremely nice and friendly; I felt immediately comfortable in discussing my personal needs/views and preferences. Her approach has always been very friendly and opened without forcing me in any specific direction or choice. From an initial complete assessment and first adjustments to my flat on the basis of my Chinese Horoscope as well, we started then a whole bigger project of refurbishment of the flat in associations with a reliable and top class building company and with the additional support of an architect/project manager introduced to me by Sarah, which have been working together as a nice well-coordinated team on the different work streams for about 6 month. The support from the Feng Shui consultant has been key in the finalisation of the lay out of the rooms as well as colours and materials and fundamental when I needed someone to step in and help in getting the final bits done. The shopping day around London was an extremely value adding service that helped me getting a sense of what was available on the market, possible alternatives and furniture suppliers which I did not know about and helped me in getting focused on the things I really needed and/or liked. Very pleased with the results and looking forward for the final Feng Shui fine tuning!
