We recently completed a home renovation project with Insight ProBuild, and we are extremely pleased with the experience and results. As this was our first time undertaking any renovation, it was important for us to feel confident in who we work with. From the very first meeting, Insight ProBuild put us at ease. They clearly explained how the project would be managed, provided a transparent pricing structure, and set everything out in a clear contract. This gave us comfort right from the start. Their communication throughout was excellent. They kept us informed at every stage, clearly explaining the process and addressing any questions or concerns promptly. The team was hardworking and consistently demonstrated care and professionalism. One of the standout aspects was how diligently they worked to keep the project on track. Timelines were respected, and any challenges along the way were handled efficiently without causing major delays. Notably issues with levelling our floor which required a very thick layer. This turned out perfectly and enabled us to have click herringbone LVT flooring installed flawlessly. The flooring is standout in our space and receivers lots of compliments. This reliability gave us real confidence throughout the renovation process. Insight ProBuild were also very adaptable and accommodating when it came to changes in the scope of work. Following a review, they were happy to incorporate additional elements, including the renovation of the downstairs WC and modifying a floor-to-ceiling window into a smaller opening. They took great care in sourcing and matching the bricks, ensuring the finished result looks seamless and in keeping with the existing property. The structural work was carried out to a high standard transforming our downstairs into an open plan kitchen dining living space, which has completely changed how we use and enjoy our home. The kitchen installation itself was done with precision, and the attention to detail. Additionally, the joinery work was of a very high quality, with a neat and polished finish that really enhanced the final result. Overall, Insight ProBuild made what could have been a stressful process feel manageable. Their professionalism, organisation, and dedication made all the difference. We recommend this company because they surpassed our expectations in building our large open plan 50 m² external brick kitchen–dining–living extension in only 12 weeks. Through exceptional planning and project management, they delivered a warm, well-insulated extension with underfloor heating and installed a bespoke kitchen, earlier than expected and on budget. Led by two project managers and their CEO, the team paid great attention to detail and delivered high-quality joinery work and finish whilst maintaining a clean and tidy site, which even our neighbours noticed.

Mansard Loft conversion Insight ProBuild completed our mansard loft conversion including a complete new roof structure with steel work and lead finish on the mansard dormer windows. The structure was completed quickly to a high level following the architects plans. Internally the specialists Anil arranged to do plastering, install a new staircase, tile and seal the bathroom were absolutely top level and gave the conversion a very high quality finish. Anil was very communicative, he regularly checked in on the project making sure we were happy each step of the way, and running all decisions by us. He also advised and acted on any requests and concerns we had. As it was our first building project we also appreciated the guidance and advice he gave us on suppliers and when internal materials, windows etc needed to be ordered.

We’re absolutely thrilled with the results of our home renovation! From day one, the team was professional, reliable, and a pleasure to work with. Anil and his team were fantastic from start to finish—I can't recommend them highly enough. This was a rear, part-two story extension on a Victorian cottage, including a new kitchen and bathroom. Rear Extension Anil and his team at Insight ProBuild completed a half-width rear extension for us, and we’re delighted with the results. The project included steelwork to create an open-plan kitchen, dining, and living space with a tiled gable roof and Velux windows. The exterior features neat brickwork and a new patio, adding style and functionality. Anil communicated clearly throughout, and his team was professional, hardworking, and polite. The project was delivered on time and within budget, with extra costs explained upfront. We highly recommend Insight ProBuild for their excellent work.

We recently celebrated the completion of our fully renovated home, projected and managed by Insight ProBuild. Anil and his team were nothing less than professional. The Insight Probuild team carried out a complete property refurbishment for us. The work included reconfiguration of the ground floor (an open plan kitchen diner, utility and bathroom), installation of hot water UFH, carpentry work, electrics, plumbing, decorating as well as external rendering and guttering / drainage. We hired Insight Probuild to carry out a full house refurbishment including an extension and loft conversion. GF Rear Extension The team at Insight ProBuild worked tirelessly to achieve the build we were expecting with much support in advising us on elements of interior design and the general build throughout.
