If I could give this company no stars I would. I would avoid MKW surfaces and especially Jesus Mouzo the director of this company. Jesus team caused structural damage to my wall when fitting the floating shelf. Jesus was contacted on numerous occasions and sent pictures of the damage. We kindly requested for him to fix the damage caused by his team but he refused to come out on site or acknowledge the damage. My husband last emailed him in 2022 , this being the last contact made and he didn’t respond. As a result we had to pay a different contractor to repair the damage caused by MKW surfaces which left us out of pocket due to Jesus not remedying the disrepair caused by his company or taking accountability . Jesus then reappears 3 years later to chase us for the remaining payment and threaten us with legal action. It’s so bizarre how three years later he turns up trying to chase payment when he ignores all our previous emails requesting for him to fix the issues. court is very welcoming as I will absolutely counter his claim with the costs we incurred because of his company and the refusal to fix it! We also have a massive crack in the marble of our kitchen island. Jesus is the perfect salesman but soon disappears after when the conversations start getting difficult. I look forward to going to court so I can finally see him face to face and see the person responsible for causing us all this stress and extra costs! Luckily we have documented everything! I would research before choosing this company as there are loads of companies in london with really good reviews that I’m sure would do a job of better quality then what we received!

MKW were great to work with. Our kitchen worktop project was small but they were immensely helpful throughout the job from planning to fitting and beyond, professional, personal and polite. I would not hesitate to recommend the company.

MKW fitted a lovely quartz worktop. The turnaround time was quick from template to fitting. They rectified a small mistake really efficiently and thoughtfully. Highly recommend

A great team to work with. Although there were some problems with the worktop I chose, they went above and beyond at all stages to ensure this was rectified. Would definitely recommend and use again.

Excellent job thank you. Jesús, Lana, Marina and team were so helpful throughout the process. The very nice fitter (Ion) also templated the job and gave useful advice and was meticulous about all the parts fitting (sink induction hob and boiling water tap). We were quite specific about what we wanted and Jesús sourced us a lovely Taj Mahal stone in composite which was my preference for daughter’s first kitchen in her open plan kitchen/living first London flat. Lana was great at keeping us updated and fitting us in to the templating and installation schedule. We haven’t quite finished the project as some building snagging to do but attached are a couple of early photos and can add more in due course. The incredibly knowledgable Jesús also went above and beyond gave me invaluable advice for another project I am doing in Mallorca which resulted in a similar stone “Perla Ventata” which he helped me source from Levantina. So they can even help with more complex overseas projects. Happy to unreservedly recommend this dedicated business and I will be recommending to my friends and contacts. Thank you MKW team.

Once again Mkw surfaces Ltd did a fabulous job and helped me enormously with a difficult indecisive client. They were not only patient and efficient but went the extra mile to help with more solutions and choices. The finished result is stunning with not only worktops but a beautiful matching sink. MKW have been incredible from start to finish in what has been a very very difficult build project. Issues that were caused entirely by the builder were remedied at MKW's time and expense when they really could have pushed the effort to others. They provided great advice and direction, were on-site regularly and provided a very personal service. Every member, Lana, Ion but especially Marina, were constantly on hand and contactable to discuss options and help select the best path. I'm really pleased with the finish and with the workmanship. I'd recommend MKW any time for the great job they did.

I am very pleased with my new worktop. The team provided different options based on the stock availability on very competitive price! The templating and installation had no issues and the joints are barely visible. Overall fantastic value for money and very quick turnaround. Many thanks.
