I had a very complex semi commercial project which needed intricate planning and attention to detail. Maya was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. I have been developing for over 25 years from commercials, semi commercials and residentials. Having worked with many architects over the past two decades I came across Maya. Maya is very experienced and advises you with the best knowledge throwing everything she has at the project to allow the customer to achieve what is suited to their needs rather than just a drawing. Maya established the needs of the family after speaking with each and every individual as to what they want from the property and how they wish to use it which allows for the house to flow all the way through. This has been our first project where we have had to involve an architect. We were very unsure who to go with, however after doing some research we are so glad we came across Maya. Her professionalism is without question. She was very keen to support us all the way with getting approval for our design. Maya always responded quickly (sometimes within minutes) when having to re-design due to planner concerns. She supported us all the way and worked with the council in getting our plans approved. Maya was very easy to contact and prompt in her responses. We were not expecting to get approval until the end of August. However due to her diligence and perseverance the plans were approved in early July. Maya has been exceptional with helping us to plan our small extension through lawful development. She fully explained the process and outlined the costs upfront. The Communication between us has been second to none, from teams call, phone calls to on site meeting. Nothing was to much of an issue for as we changed the plans several times to meet our changing needs and Maya was always happy to oblige. We would highly recommend Maya to any of our friends in the future

Maya has been fantastic in supporting us with a two storey front and side extension and loft conversion with dormer. She's incredibly friendly, polite and helpful. We had our own ideas of how we thought the project would look which Maya was really receptive too, but also great at suggesting her own thoughts and ideas which we loved. Most importantly to us she's been responsive quickly to every email and message, which has helped us submit our planning application quickly. We have only just submitted our planning application so early to update, but she has been amazing at keeping us updated to date.
