We’re currently preparing a planning application for an extensive multi-level renovation in Aldridge. The proposed project includes a new underground car park, an extended kitchen to create a bright, open-plan hub, a new staircase and entrance with a porch, and upgrades to the existing aesthetic to give the home a fresh, modern look. This stage allows us to carefully refine the design and layout, ensuring a functional and visually striking transformation that meets the clients’ needs while respecting planning requirements.
