We’re delighted to share that planning has been approved for a lovely retired couple who wanted to make the most of their home with a rear extension within permitted development. They came to us with a clear vision — to create a comfortable, open-plan kitchen and dining space perfect for everyday living, while also incorporating a guest room with an ensuite for their grown-up son who visits regularly.
To achieve this, we carefully redesigned the internal layout, removing the walls between the existing living room and kitchen to create a seamless, open space filled with natural light. The result is a design that feels both spacious and homely, perfectly tailored to their lifestyle and future needs.
