We’re delighted to share that planning and building regulations approval have been granted for our lovely clients — a professional couple with young children in Four Oaks, Sutton Coldfield. The brief was to extend their bungalow with a rear extension to create a spacious open-plan kitchen and to extend the existing bedroom for greater comfort. Alongside these changes, we incorporated several other thoughtful alterations to enhance the overall flow and functionality of the home — all completed to our clients’ satisfaction.
