Planning has now been approved for our exciting three-bedroom home transformation project in Stonnall, designed for a young professional couple ready to start their family. The proposal reimagines the existing property into a modern, light-filled family home with a complete change in layout and appearance. The design features a rear extension to create an open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area, a side extension to enhance flow and functionality, a dormer loft conversion to add an additional bedroom and ensuite, and a new front entrance to redefine the home’s kerb appeal. To achieve the desired space and circulation, the entire internal layout has been reconfigured, including relocating the staircase to better suit the new design. The result is a stunning, contemporary home that blends practicality with style — a perfect setting for a growing family.
