Replacement 4-bedroom family home in Park Hall
We’re delighted to share that planning and building regulations approval have been granted for a replacement four-bedroom family. Our clients had outgrown their dated property, which no longer provided the space or layout they needed for their growing family. After more than a year awaiting the council’s decision, approval has finally been secured. One of the key challenges during the design process was balancing the clients’ aspirations for a two-storey home with a dormer loft conversion against the site’s tight constraints and overlooking distances. Through thoughtful design and collaboration, we developed a beautiful, functional solution that maximises the available space while respecting planning requirements.
