We’re pleased to share another successful milestone — planning and building regulations approval for our wonderful clients, a professional couple with young children in Birmingham. Having recently purchased a new build home, they were unsure how best to extend it to suit their growing family’s needs. We guided them through the process and designed a rear extension and dormer loft conversion under permitted development, creating valuable additional living and bedroom space to their complete satisfaction. While the project was relatively straightforward, we did need to obtain the developer’s permission before proceeding — and we’re delighted that everything has now been approved. Another exciting step toward transforming this family’s home into their perfect space!
