We’re excited to share that planning and building regulations approval have been secured for our wonderful clients — a professional couple with young children in Moseley, Birmingham. Their existing home no longer met their family’s needs, so we worked closely with them to design a thoughtful extension that truly transforms how they’ll use their space. The project includes a kitchen extension to create a bright, open family area and a first-floor addition providing extra bedroom space, including a much-needed additional room for their growing family. We also converted the existing garage into a comfortable bedroom to allow for future occupancy by an elderly parent, ensuring the home is adaptable and inclusive for years to come. Although we explored a loft conversion, this was ruled out for financial reasons. We’re absolutely thrilled with the outcome and can’t wait to see this beautiful family home brought to life.
