We’re thrilled to share a fantastic win for our client in Highgate — planning has been approved to completely remodel an existing Art Deco building into a stunning 6-bedroom contemporary home with a triple garage. The journey wasn’t without its challenges: the application was initially rejected, and after extensive back and forth with the council, an appeal, and addressing concerns from a couple of residents, we finally secured approval. This is a huge win for our client, who has ambitious plans for this project in one of Walsall’s most charming areas. It’s a great example of perseverance, thoughtful design, and collaboration with planning authorities to create a home that is both contemporary and respectful of its surroundings.
