We’re excited to share that planning approval has been secured for our London-based client, who recently purchased a property in Birmingham to rent out. The client wanted to maximize the home’s potential and create more usable space. We designed a rear extension that transformed the property, creating a stunning new open-plan kitchen and dining area. Feature patio doors and a triangulated window were incorporated to make the end of the room a striking focal point, while the internal layout was completely reworked to replace the dated configuration with a modern, functional flow. It’s been a pleasure helping the property reach its full potential, and we’re thrilled with the result.
