Having recently come to a conclusion of our kitchen remodel. I can’t vouch for ‘Now Kitchens’ enough. From their welcoming and informative introduction during our consultation phase to the final fitment and and high end finish. Their pride in every detail is obvious from the start and we are absolutely delighted with our end result. During the main body of work I have to offer full praise and respect to ‘Dean’ who relentlessly worked to achieve our dream kitchen. His attention to detail is so meticulous that it could easily be referred to as a work of art. I will certainly be using Now Kitchens in the first instance with any future project. Thank you so much to the entire team and namely Christine, who inspired our design and managed seamlessly the entire project.

The installation of our “Chatsworth Silk” Kitchen has just been completed and we are absolutely thrilled with the finished product. We purchased our beautiful kitchen units and appliances from Now Kitchen in Helston, Cornwall (http://now-kitchens.co.uk/) and couldn’t be happier. Jono Peck, our “Now” Design Consultant, was extremely helpful and patient throughout the entire process. We were unsure if it would be possible to fit in every aspect that we had in mind for our new kitchen but, with Jono’s expertese and vision, the layout was completely redesigned, resulting in all that we’d hoped for being incorporated perfectly. From our first contact with Now Kitchens, to the final inspection of the finished room, Jono was extremely courteous, professional and accommodating. Once our old kitchen had been removed, the room was made good and fitted out with our new units and appliances by Dean & Damian of Interior Solutions, who were recommended to us by Now Kitchens, and who were also extremely professional and helpful - nothing was too much trouble. The entire process from the original chat, design and ordering of our new kitchen, to the worktops being installed and polished, ran absolutely seamlessly. We couldn’t be happier.

Comment from Now Kitchens:

Thank you for your kind review - your kitchen does look stunning!

From the time we walked in to the showroom both Mike and Darren could not have been more helpful. Darren came up with the kitchen design we both liked and Mike then was able to help us tweak to our personal preferences. All through the installation any problems were quickly sorted out. The kitchen fitter Shaun Watson was excellent his knowledge and work quality was second to none and when we had a couple of issues he was able to sort them out. Would recommend both Now kitchens and Shaun Watson to any body thinking of having a new kitchen fitted.

Masterclass Kitchens have been dealing with Now Kitchens for approximately 3 years. Throughout that time Now Kitchens have always maintained the highest levels of professionalism and customer satisfaction and I have seen first-hand how they bend over backwards to support their customers. Buying a kitchen involves a number of decisions and I’ve always found the Now Kitchens staff to be very friendly, supportive, knowledgeable and most importantly honest. The process of buying a new kitchen can take months and sometimes even longer and I’ve always found Now Kitchens to support customers through this process and never pressure customers to committing to something they aren’t 100% happy with. I would not hesitate to buy my own kitchen or bathroom through Now Kitchens & Bathrooms or recommend them to friends and family.

The warmth and friendliness of my initial telephone inquiry gave me the confidence to go ahead and book an appointment. A warm welcome awaited me in the showroom and Mike provided a very professional service. Throughout the process of designing a new bathroom he took note of my wishes, showed infinite patience and, in response, provided innovative and creative ideas. Nothing was ever too much trouble and Mike was always at the end of the telephone to provide help and support. The bathroom furniture and fittings are of the highest quality and I now have a bathroom of which I am very proud! I cannot recommend Now Kitchens highly enough and will be returning in the future.

Now Kitchens have been an absolute delight to work with from the initial consultation where Darren listened to what we wished from our new kitchen and assisted us with choosing the units that would fit in and provide exactly what we needed. We were wishing to not have any wall units and so all the under worktop units provide for all our needs. Curiously one would speculate that you would lose space but we have found that we actually have much more and with the wall being free of units we have been able to put up pictures because the amazing fitter, Dean, made sure that all the electrical wiring came up the wall and not down from the ceiling. Dean especially needs praising as someone who is a perfectionist so that the quality of the fitting has meant that the Masterclass units are superb in every detail. Through Darren we had Bristows provide and install precsion granite worktops and also, when we could not have the same around the Aga his solution was for DecoGlaze to fit a precision glass surround. I know we use the word precision all the time but there is no other way to describe the sheer quality of the workmanship provided by this company. 8 years ago they installed a bathroom for us with the same excellent workmanship, what a delight to know that standards have not dropped one little jot.

Hi Debbie and Colin. Thank you so much for your kind words, and allowing us to come and photograph the finished kitchen. The kitchen and utility area really flow together well, and it all looks so much brighter now. Love your paintings and the seagull!

Was so impressed with the service received by Now Kitchens from the initial consultation through to the design process and finally the installation. My kitchen is well thought out and works amazingly for our family. The Neff appliances are slick and make my life much easier. Jono put us in touch with Sean who fitted the kitchen and he went beyond his call of duty. We are delighted with the finished results. Would highly recommend Now Kitchens!

Thank you for the fantastic review Laura. It was a real pleasure working with your family. The new kitchen looks absolutely stunning, and your choice of lighting accessories really sets off the whole design. What a transformation!

From the minute I contacted Darren and the team at Now Kitchens & Bathrooms I received the highest customer service and regular contact. Along with fabulous workmanship. I would highly recommend them for any kitchen or bathroom project. The quality and standard of the kitchens are supreme and the knowledge and help in choosing a new kitchen, creating drawings, and regularly updating me on progress was fantastic, even recommending the names of suppliers for other things I would need was a great help. I had quite a major kitchen transformation (including knocking down a wall). Shaun, the builder was superb, his craftsmanship and hard work to get it all done in two weeks was fantastic. I am so thrilled with the finished look, it is perfect for what my family and I needed. Thank you Now Kitchens & Bathrooms for another very satisfied customer, I will be back for a new bathroom in 2018!

At last we have a bathroom that is an absolute pleasure to use. From a bathroom leaking, dark, cramped and without any storage, the team at Now have created a room that looks larger and brighter yet has ample storage for those bathroom bits and bobs. The shower walls that were installed instead of tiles are as good as I hoped. They look great and are a cinch to clean. No more scrubbing at grout with bleach and a toothbrush! The bathroom was expertly installed by one of Now's recommended fitters, Dean Bridgen, a personable young man, unfailingly cheerful and polite and whose eye for finish and detail was second to none. He was very careful to clean up and I would recommend him to anyone. All in all we were very impressed with the service provided by Now and the quality of the bathroom is superb. I am looking forward to painting the walls soon and will be sure to send in photos of the finished room. Thanks, Team Now!

From our first point of contact with Darren and the team at Now Kitchens when we just popped into the showroom to ‘have a look around’ to the completion of our wonderful new kitchen our experience has been first class. Darren listened carefully to our ideas, and came up with a superb design to make the most of our relatively small kitchen, and has turned it into a light, bright, and spacious feeling working kitchen. He was always ready to listen to our imput into the design, and was always happy to spend time discussing things. His product knowledge is impressive, and the enthusiasm shown is infectious. Any small snags that occurred were dealt with by Darren quickly and efficiently and we were kept informed all the way through. The kitchen fitter, Chris Head, was first class. He project managed the entire thing, which made the whole process run extremely smoothly, and his work is of a very high standard indeed. He was very considerate and thoughtful throughout the project, and was a very clean and tidy worker. We wouldn’t hesitate to use Now Kitchens again, and would recommend them wholeheartedly.

We have now used this company three times in two years (bathroom, en suite & kitchen). When you are installing a bathroom/kitchen its not just the products you need consider, but the whole package from design to installation. Mike and Darren have excelled in all respects. Plenty of design input, sensible pricing that can be agreed at outset (without those annoying sale tactics others use) and a good relationship with quality suppliers. They have a small network of trusted independent installers (ours project-managed the entire installation). We now have high quality bathrooms & kitchen, everything was delivered on time and installation was completed to our agreed timescale. We are so pleased we rather regret that there is nothing else we can get this firm to do. A five star experience - thanks guys
